Seasonal service of old furnace in recently purchased home. Took time to identify duct-work idiosyncrasies of dual systems in home and answered all questions during evaluation. Given professionalism and quality of service, signed contract to service both AC units in spring. Also took time to answer questions regarding potential new high efficiency furnace and AC, in addition to ductless mini-split system in sun-room. Overall went great. Shawn was professional, knowledgeable and completed all services as listed.\r more

We just wanted you to know that we are very satisfied with work performed. Everything has been done to our satisfaction; Adam carefully listened to our problem and found the solution that best fits our needs and our budget. Before he recommended anything he inspected our house and current heating/cooling system and then he presented us with the best solution. He also worked with us on payment arrangements and scheduling date for work to be done. Adam also recommended proper air cleaner and humidifier after we explained to him what we would like to have done. Indoor Comfort team crew was on time and professional. They kept everything clean and explained what they have done and how to use new system.\r \r Overall, we are very satisfied with Indoor Comfort Team and are recommending them to our family and close friends! Had Indoor Comfort Team come out for a second opinion on my heater, and they are very honest! Told me my 35 year plus heater was not worth fixing and was able to show me pictures of everything wrong that needed to be fix. They were able to get me a great deal on a new heater slightly higher in price than the other company wanted to charge to fix the old one. Thank you Indoor Comfort Team!\r more

These guys do an excellent job. We had them come in and fix some problems left by the previous owner of the house, and our air works perfectly now. When the old pump died in the middle of a heat wave, they made time to come on the same day we called despite being super busy. Could not be happier with our experience. more

Eric came to my home for a maintenance check on my heater. Felt very comfortable with him in my home. Was not intrusive in anyway. Several years back I had a larger unit installed in my home by another company and come to find out that the unit is not running to it's full potential, because it was not wired to do so. I was given an estimate that seems quite reasonable to have my unit running to capacity, in turn saving me $$$$$. Thank you for your promptness as well as professionalism. Recommend Highly. more

He kept us informed every step of the way and explained the job in detail. After the job was finished he made sure he thoroughly cleaned up all debri. I had a great experience with Indoor Comfort Team. We needed to upgrade our heating system. The service technician that came out was Mike and he was wonderful! He took the time to answer all of our questions. We had received quotes from other local companies and all were much more $. The installation was quick and the installers were very courteous. more

As I waiting for the approvals via my home warranty services, the unit began to leak water through a closet inside my home. The leak was noticed at 11PM on a Thursday night. I called Indoor Comfort Team and a technician drove approximately 1.5 hours out to my home to make another assessment. At this point, I was advised to turn off the unit and leave it off until after approval from the warranty company, and parts were received and installed. more
