The Pool Has Functioned Very Well 2/16/2018

Imperial Pools installed an in-ground pool for us. The project went OK. There were a few delays along the way, but overall the pool has functioned very well and we're happy with it. I only priced out one other group their proposal was a little bit different than what we were looking at, so I don't really have a direct price comparison, but from what I've heard from others the pricing was good. The owner is very knowledgeable about his business. He definitely knows what he was doing. Sometimes he has a bit of a hard time conveying the more technical stuff to the customer in an understandable way, but he clearly has a lot of knowledge. more

Great, Consistent Service 1/31/2018

The staff from Imperial Pools Inc. has done a lot of work for us. Most recently, the staff came by to do some pump replacements, but they have also done a complete resurfacing of a pool, as well as a lot of other small repairs. I have been using this company for around five years and I appreciate how timely and efficient their service is. I would definitely recommend their service to other people. Their response and quality of work is excellent and on point. I would continue to do business with them in the future. more

Outrageous Prices. 1/16/2018

First time doing business with Imperial Pools Inc. and it was definitely our last time doing business with them. We were having some issues with our pool and needed some servicing so we gave them a call. They said we were a little far from them but since they were going to be in the area they would come by an give us a quote. It was never clearly communicated to us that we would be paying for this quote in the first place but when they were done they demanded $400 just for the quote! I was literally in shock, however, I did pay them but I a few days later I sent them a text regarding the absurd amount and didn't even get a reply. Terrible communication and overall terrible service. I would not recommend these scammers! more

Great Customer Service. 1/5/2018

This was the first time I contacted Imperial Pools to do some work for us and in my opinion, everything went very well and they provided me with very good customer service throughout the whole process. We rarely, if ever, use our pool during the winter so we annually get the water removed and the pool covered. Our regular company that we use was very busy so we decided to go with Imperial Pools. Everything went very smoothly and they did the work very quickly. The men that came out were also very friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them. more

Great Company 12/7/2017

I have been working with Imperial Pools Inc. for several years. They have done many different types of work on our spa pools, all of it has been good, and we haven't even had any issues. Their workmen are professional, friendly, and clean up well. Their pricing is sometimes on the higher side, but it is quality work so it is worth it. They are easy to schedule with and we would recommend them to others. more

Great Experience 11/16/2017

Imperial Pools Inc. helped install a new liner and the staff also rebuilt the underlying structure of the pool. I found the workers to be very friendly and conscientious. They are dedicated to doing the right thing and since this was my first time using them, I really appreciated their honesty. Based on this service, I would definitely recommend their service to other people looking for it. The only issue I had was that there were a few delays when some parts didn't come in. But overall, I was able to get what I needed from them. more

Great Services, Came After Hours 11/16/2017

We hired Imperial Pools Inc to repair a few issues on our pool. The repairman was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their pricing was definitely on the high end, but we desperate and grateful that they could come after hours to fix it. We were very pleased with their services and would certainly use them again. We wish we had known about them sooner! more

Their services have always been great and their men are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel that their prices are very fair and scheduling with them is easy. Love this pool company 10/23/2017

Noel and his team are awesome! I moved to Champaign, IL in 2016 and could not find a reliable and dependable company to service our pool! We found imperial pool on the internet., called and they came to my house the same day! I am so pleased with the service they provide! Imperial Pool has been servicing our pool for over a year now. I highly recommend this company. more

A Good Group of Guys 10/4/2017

The guys from Imperial Pools got in here, did the job quickly and then they were out of here. This was our first time working with them and they did a full pool installation. I would recommend them to anybody, they were a good group of guys. They were real friendly and they did a great job for a reasonable price. If you're looking for someone to install a pool I'd recommend looking into Imperial Pools. more

Excellent Work, Outrageous Prices 9/11/2017

The accuracy of what Imperial Pools did was great and they fixed the problem. They were looking for a leak in the lines of the pool. On the other hand, their pricing was outrageously high. Also, their guy that was out, Noel, came off as very arrogant. When people talk down their competitors it doesn't really sit well with me. This was my first time working with them. I actually almost used them again after not having a great experience just because the work was so excellent. They're very detail oriented and do good work, but the prices and the arrogance are downsides. more

Imperial Pools has done hot tub repair work for me and everything has gone well. Although, I gave them a five because I called them multiple times about three weeks ago--and didn't hear back from them until about a week ago. more

We are attracted to Noel's honesty and knowledge. 8/29/2017

Noel at Imperial Pools is courteous and honest--and he comes when he says he's going to come. He has done several things for us, such as replacing all the pool equipment including the filter, heater, and the pump--and he has helped me to get the chemicals squared away. We will also hire him to install a hot tub, and we have already recommended him to friends of ours who will purchase a hot tub and hire him to service their pool. I like him because he's very knowledgeable of pools--the most knowledgeable of pool people we've used in this town. He is great. more

Good Service. 8/25/2017

This was my first time working with Imperial Pools Inc. and they did a pretty good job for us. We had them over to do some pretty simple work but they were very courteous throughout the whole process. They sent someone over to open my pool and provide me with some shock treatment for white mold. Things went very smoothly although they were not able to get rid of all the mold. However, the employee that came out to do the work was very knowledgeable about pools and was able to provide me with info on how to keep my pool cleaner and tips to keep the mold to a minimum. I will be using them to close my pool in the future. more

Great Experience - Would Recommend 7/19/2017

I was very happy that I went with Imperial Pools Inc. In my first time using them, they helped to install a new pool. I think that the pricing for the work that they did was very fair and aligned with the product. The staff was very nice and they did a great job with the work I needed them to do - everything ended up turning out great! I would definitely recommend them to future customers, just because I had such a great time using them. They deliver the best work around and I will definitely use them again. It's great to use a company that you know is reliable and can deliver great results. more

They Seem Honest and Knowledgeable 6/19/2017

We've contacted Imperial Pools a lot to work on our pool. They always seem to come through for us. The prices are a little high, but I think they're the best around. The last time they came out was to install some pool equipment about a month ago. It went pretty smoothly. They seem very honest and knowledgeable. more
