Better than the competition 11/11/2016

I love the people over at Imperial Pools because they made my life easier. I have used a wide range of pool services and these guys did everything better than anyone I had had before. They did the work a little differently than the other guys and got significantly better results. I have had less problems with my pool than I have ever had and I have had my pool for ten years. I would definitely recommend these guys because of how good they are. more

I Had A Positive Experience 11/7/2016

I first heard about Imperial Pools Inc. from a friend. We had just moved into our new home and they helped us to get our pool together for the summer time. And just recently they have helped us with our pool by providing winter weather maintenance. I like the results from this company. I think their prices are competitive and worth it due to their quality service. more

I could not be happier with the pool that the people over at Imperial Pools designed and installed for me. They really worked with me throughout the whole process and made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. The pool turned out beautifully and whenever I need some maintenance performed on it I just give these guys a call. I could not recommend them highly enough and if you are looking to get a pool this is the place you want to go to! more

I am quite happy with how the work from Imperial Pools went. The workers came out in a very timely manner, and began working right away. The workers did a good job and got the work done very quickly, and we have had no issues since with the work they did. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend their services! more

Knowledgeable And Professional 10/10/2016

I've had no problems with Imperial Pools. I called them because my pool pump burned out due to being overworked. Turns out the last repair guy put in a pump that was too big. This is the education I received from Imperial Pools along with a bunch of other helpful tips and best practices for general pool care. The last guy that installed my old pump was just a guy that fixed pools on the side. Never Again! A friend of mine referred me, now I have Imperial Pools on speed dial. I have an in-ground 18 x 36 pool and the guy from Imperial Pools came out, assessed the problem, told me what part he needed to get and came back the next day, just as he said. I have nothing to complain about with Imperial Pools. Highly recommend! more

I hired Imperial Pools Inc. to correct a water problem and I also buy chemicals from him for the water in my pool. Potential customers should know that Noel is a hard worker, he's helpful and reliable. Prices are fair. more

Excellent work, pool looks great! 9/8/2016

We went to Imperial Pools Inc to have a remodel done on the pool at our house. Everything with the remodel went well, in the end the pool looked like new and was able to be used safely again. The only negative thing I have to say is that the work went over the time frame specified by Imperial Pools, though was understandable as he was understaffed at the time and had lots of work to do. Overall I am very happy with the work done by Imperial Pools and would definitely use them again if I need more pool work done, and would gladly recommend their services to others. more

Heater Issues 8/8/2016

I was in Italy and had a person watching my pool. He let me know the heater was not working. I text Noel from Italy and all I knew was that I had a Hayward heater. Noel let me know that the problem is usually a board and that the Hayward heaters are standard with their boards for all models. I got on Amazon and ordered the boards and they arrived the same day I did back home. Installed them and the heater started working. I appreciate Noel's quick response and knowledge in solving this issue. I haven't met anyone who has more knowledge about pools and chemistry than him. more

My pool was a mess 8/2/2016

My pool was in bad shape to start the season but Noel came over and within days I was up and going. Noel followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was on the right track and gave me several tips on how to make my pool run more effeciently. more

I'm a contractor who lays down the concrete and Imperial Pools Inc. installs the pools. I think they're more knowledgeable than any other entity in the industry. The company does quality work and does things right. Their end product is good. I would definitely recommend this company to other people. more

Great Service 6/26/2016

Got a reference from Family Pool and Patio in Decatur. Called on Thurs and Your crew was here on Friday. Diagnosed the problem and applied the right chemicals in a heartbeat and my immediately started clearing up and just as Noel said, "crystal clear in 3 days" more

Lightening-quick response! 6/12/2016

After several frustrations with another local company, my boss recommended Imperial. When I called they were on their way out-of-town, but came by my house on their way. They solved what I thought was going to be an expensive fix in about five minutes, by removing a plug that the other company had left in. Then they gave me some instructions about basic pool maintenance (I'm new to pool ownership). A great crew, and I'll call again whenever I need help! more
