It was a great experience with great people at Imperial Pools, and I enjoyed working with them. They did a complete install of a 27-foot pool that is partially above ground. They showed up and did all the prep work one day, then they came back a few days later early in morning at 5:30 and knocked the rest of the job out. There were three guys, and Noel was one, who worked pretty hard and I was really impressed. It was really hot that day, and they were very efficient. Noel said he'd put quite a few pools in and it really showed. He rocked--he really did. Those guys were real nice guys, too. I enjoyed talking to them and enjoyed having them on my property and interacting with them; they were polite and they were punctual. I don't think we can say too many nice things about them. They were what I would expect of good contractor. Noel did what he said he would do in what I thought was pretty good time. I was a contractor not too long ago, and he did what I would expect of a good contractor: He gave us a good quality job. more

Imperial Pools closed the pool for me last year and they just did a really good job. Their technicians were professional and efficient. I called them later, after the work had been completed, with a couple of questions and found them to be very responsive and communicative. I did think their pricing was a little on the higher side, but, overall, I was quite happy with how everything turned out. more

I recently used Imperial Pool Inc for the first time because I needed a pool heater. They were great! They were really convenient and made the process easy. I know the owner, and I had heard nothing but good things about them, and they were right! They do good work. The pricing was really fair. Also, I appreciated that the equipment showed up right on time. Definitely 5 stars! more

I have used Imperial Pools Inc. for 2 seasons. The last time they came out because I was having a problem with the drain. They were so responsive and helpful. They repaired the drain quickly and professionally and cleaned up when they were done. I am very happy with Noel and the staff at Imperial. They open and close my pool every year. Their prices are very competitive. I really appreciate how accessible they are by email, making it so much easier to contact them. I would absolutely recommend this company to other people. more

I have been using the services from Imperial Pools Inc for a few years now and am very pleased with how the services from them have been going. Every time I call them they are here right away. The workers that come out to do the work always have great attitudes, they were all very helpful and informed me of different ways I could take better care of my pool. 2 years ago I used them for the first time when I was having a leak in the pool at my home, and they were able to get it repaired and working again very quickly, so when I had this issue again recently, I called them again and they were able to get out quickly and get everything worked out. Overall I am very happy with how the work from Imperial Pools has been going, they are definitely the company I prefer to call when I am having issues with the pool, they have the right equipment, and excellent employees. I would definitely use their services again when I need, and I highly recommend them. more

I am very satisfied with the service of Imperial Pools. The two key things that I really like about them is Noel's responsiveness, and his knowledge of the entire pool, the chemicals and the industry in general. I've been using their services off and on for about four years. They're not located in my town, but I do try to use them as much as possible. In fact, I use them for the opening and closure of my pool. I'm absolutely satisfied with them and my only complaint about them is they're located in a different town! more

I was very satisfied with the work that Imperial Pools did for us. They fixed our hot tub, replaced the motor, and did a little extra plumbing. Their guy communicated very well. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and courteous while doing the work. He did an outstanding job. more

I had kind of a mixed experience with the guy from Imperial Pools. While he did come quickly to do the job initially, when I tried to contact him with questions afterwards I have gotten no response. The price was reasonable and as far as I can see the work has been done properly. The thing is that he did the work so differently compared to other companies I have used in the past. I had him seal my pool, but the way that he did it (not draining it halfway first for example) just left me with a lot of questions. I have called at least 5 times with questions and even sent a couple emails but have gotten no response. That alone just makes me less likely to recommend them. RESPONSE FROM Imperial Pools Inc.: The homeowner requested IMP close their pool on 11/21/16 and IMP completed the pool closing on the same day and provided homeowner with the paid invoice stating the following "At time of Pool Closing the Pool System appeared to be in full operating condition. IMP will follow up with a Quote for a Standard Winter Pool Cover w/ Winter Water Bags." The homeowner paid the invoice in full on 11/21/16. The homeowner did contact IMP regarding how the pool was closed and homeowner appeared to find the explanation acceptable. At a later date, the husband contacted IMP requesting IMP remove the statement on the original invoice indicating the recommendation for a pool cover, as the homeowners wanted to provide the "new" invoice to the prospective purchaser of their home (the house was on the market at the time of the closing). IMP was not comfortable with removing the statement as a pool cover should be used and felt removing the statement would be unethical and misleading to the new homeowners. more

Imperial Pools has done several projects for my husband and I. Most recently, they replaced our pool liner and the pool bottom. It was a slow process because we had a lot of rain and they needed it to be dry in order to do the pool bottom. Then, we hit spring water and they had to figure out how to stop it before putting the bottom in. I really appreciated their patience through all of it, and even though it took longer than we had hoped, it was not their fault and it was well worth the wait. Noel is a perfectionist and he always makes sure the projects done are up to his standards. He carefully oversees every aspect and the projects are always perfect when they are finished! It is a little pricey, but so worth it because they do an excellent job! more

Imperial Pools has been in charge of regular weekly maintenance for my pool for about a year or so. I'm overall satisfied with the service; they show up on time and do a good job. However, I do feel that their pricing is substantially high. Almost twice as high as I have paid in the past. Other than that, they do good work. more

I would say for the most part dealing with the people over at Imperial Pools was a really good experience. They did a really good job for us and the pool looks really good and we are happy with how everything turned out. I liked that they were able to do the work quickly without sacrificing quality. The guys who did the installation were very professional and friendly as well. The only issue I had is I was a little confused about the pricing. They were not very clear and that was kind of confusing for me. Other than that though everything went smoothly and like I said the pool turned out great. more

Last summer I had a hard time getting my aquatrol running. I called a different servicer and they came over and checked things out and told me what I needed to do. Not only did they give me bad info all the way around but after two weeks of no returned calls, I contacted Noel and he shows up and looks at it and realized that the box and the cell were bad. We spoke about switching over to a chloronator and after switching over and pouring a ton of chemicals into my green pool, we were swimming within days and had a trouble free summer. Noel gave me several tips on making my pool run efficiently and checked on me to make sure that I was up and running. Outstanding service. more

My experience with them was very good initially. Their response was good and their service was good. But as time progressed I wasn't getting any return phone calls, and no response to emails or texts. Unfortunately our relationship ended last fall when they quoted an outrageous price. I won't be recommending them and I'm very disappointed. more

I recommend them because they were pretty straight forward and not only was I pleased with the person that gave me the estimates about the work but also the work that they did do was good. The person knew what they were doing. I've used them more than once and they have never disappointed me. Again, I think they are fair and straight forward and their work is more than adequate. more

Imperial Pools Inc. was referred to me by a friend. I had hired them to change the rope for my pool cover and the service was satisfactory. Prices were higher than I expected, but they seem to be in line with all the rest. The owner was a perfectionist and made sure that I was happy. more

I recommend Imperial Pools Inc. because there's nobody else around that can do what he does. He does custom pool work and I've been using them for a little while, all last summer. They are professional, courteous and they do a good job, I would definitely use them again. more
