First time doing business with Imperial Pools Inc. and it was definitely our last time doing business with them. We were having some issues with our pool and needed some servicing so we gave them a call. They said we were a little far from them but since they were going to be in the area they would come by an give us a quote. It was never clearly communicated to us that we would be paying for this quote in the first place but when they were done they demanded $400 just for the quote! I was literally in shock, however, I did pay them but I a few days later I sent them a text regarding the absurd amount and didn't even get a reply. Terrible communication and overall terrible service. I would not recommend these scammers!
