This was my first time working with Imperial Pools Inc. and they did a pretty good job for us. We had them over to do some pretty simple work but they were very courteous throughout the whole process. They sent someone over to open my pool and provide me with some shock treatment for white mold. Things went very smoothly although they were not able to get rid of all the mold. However, the employee that came out to do the work was very knowledgeable about pools and was able to provide me with info on how to keep my pool cleaner and tips to keep the mold to a minimum. I will be using them to close my pool in the future.
