oh yea. finally a cool place to work out. tired of all the crap everywhere. same thing everywhere u go. a bunch of meatheads getting ready to go out and fist pump! this place totally doesn't have that going on. thank god! great place!! more

Image 2000 is a great place to work out. I don't see y there are so many negative reviews here. I have had nothing but a positive experience since I joined back in February. I was looking for something on the gym and came across these negative posts and felt I should chime in with some truth and positivity. so don't believe all the negative stuff that is posted. this is a great place with a great staff and plenty of parking. more

Image Planet is awesome! I have been coming here now for over 6 months and the place is organized. Weights are where you expect them to be, you dont have to go looking. Parking is great since there is a huge lot steps from the door. The staff is always around and helpful if needed. Location is easy to get to. I dont have anything to complain about. Image Planet is great! more

Recently cancelled membership at Retro Fitness. Came here to Image 2000 as I heard a lot of good things and read some great reviews on the place. This place is levels above Retro Fitness, that’s for sure! I immediately noticed all the differences as soon as I came in for a tour. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the offerings they have. The parking that was a nightmare at Retro is no longer an issue for me here. They have a HUGE parking lot within feet of the door. So if it’s raining or chilly, I’m seconds from my car when leaving or entering. The place is very clean in comparison to Retro Fitness. I have not yet to find a reason to complain here at Image 2000. Great place! more

These other new places opening up everywhere you look like 7/11's, are easy come, easy go places. Half of them don't even last. I was only a member of the gym for 2 weeks in which time I received the worst customer service experience ever!! The representatives expressed no interest to help just interest in gaining their fees. When trying to take advantage of services that came free with membership, everyone was reluctant to assist me except for the gentleman who signed me up, Cassie. On Feb 13, a representative from their office contacted me and asked me if I wished for them to charge my card for the membership which had not been paid. I advised the rep that I did not wish my card to be processed due to my dissatisfaction with their service and that I was no longer a member of the gym. Three days later, they charged my card for $78. I called them 3 times that day and was finally told I had to wait and call on Monday. When I called Monday I was told to call back to speak to someone else. Finally, Ms. Wright refused to provide me with the adjustment saying that I did not follow the proper procedure to cancel my contract and that I owed them. While trying to express my dissatisfaction she showed no remorse. She instead told me that I couldn't have possibly had such a bad experience in only 2 weeks of membership. If you are looking for someplace that will be rude and disrespectful to u then by all means join this club cause they got a lot of attitude. If u r already a member, cassie is the best person there. more

We joined image 2000 and image planet health club in union NJ. My boyfriend and I were members of Metro Fitness for the past three month. We joined with good intentions. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement. It's impossible to park and if ur lucky enuff to get inside, its so overcrowded u find yourself waiting in line to get a machine. I can't leave my girlfriend alone working out because some ghetto guy will be hitting on her. We were promised early morning spin classes only to have them cancelled. And the other classes that we take, the instructors are horrible. The music is soooo loud u can't hear urself think. We heard about Image 2000 and Image Planet Health Club in Union which is less than five minutes from Club Metro. We Joined there a month ago and omg what a difference. My wife gets to work out at the woman's club with nobody bothering her and I joined the coed club. It's never overcrowded, the trainers are fantastic and the place is clean. Do urself a favor and go see for urself what I'm talking about. What good is going to club metro for 19/month if ur miserable there. more

This place is by far the cleanest, least crowded fairest priced gym out there! Don't waste your time elsewhere. I came here and am glad I did! more

I recently joined image planet health club in union, nj and absolutely love the place. I can actually work out on the machines without waiting in a line. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The place is impeccably clean. I have been a member of Metro & Retro where I thought i was getting a special deal, but all i got was aggravation and overcrowdedness. If you want a great place to goto, Image Planet health club is phenominal. more

Not a single bad thing to say! I don't know what all the fuss is about on some of these social review site I am reading. Image Planet doesn't match up to the crap I am reading. It is a very nice place with very nice people. My only regret is not having joined sooner! Try it for yourself and see what you're actually missing. Get yourself in shape and do it in a great atmosphere as I am doing now! more

Image Planet is an awesome gym! I was a member of metro and that place was by far the worst. I joined here because of its got a great location, lots of parking, never overly crowded, friendly staff and all the equipment works!! This place is gigantic too! upstairs there are treadmills, a spin room & downstairs there is a weight area, tanning room, CLEAN locker room, CLEAN bathroom as well as a sauna! more

This is a great place! Don't listen to any of the false fake reviews out there because I can tell you first hand that the club is primo! All I can say is join if you are looking. Phenomenal location, great staff and awesome club!! more

I love Image 2000! The place is clean, has a great staff, the owner is a very nice guy who is always looking for the member's best interest and the location is convenient!!! my complaints are NONE! I just wish i had more time to spend at the club! Awesome place! It really doesn't get better than this club!!! more

I joined Image2000 health club for women in Union six months ago, and absolutely love the club. I've been a member of other clubs and there group class program at Image2000 is exceptional. I love the Zumba class. The class is held in a spacious room complete with an incredible stereo system and they even have computerized lights, which are synchronized to the music. I have over 40 classes to choose from. The cardio equipment and strength training, are state of the art. The locker room is luxurious and I feel like its my private oasis. This club is not just the best club in Union, but probably the best in the east coast. This is the place to join!!!!! Maria Kanol Union,NJ more
