I was only a member of the gym for 2 weeks in which time I received the worst customer service experience ever!! The representatives expressed no interest to help just interest in gaining their fees. When trying to take advantage of services that came free with membership, everyone was reluctant to assist me except for the gentleman who signed me up, Cassie. On Feb 13, a representative from their office contacted me and asked me if I wished for them to charge my card for the membership which had not been paid. I advised the rep that I did not wish my card to be processed due to my dissatisfaction with their service and that I was no longer a member of the gym. Three days later, they charged my card for $78. I called them 3 times that day and was finally told I had to wait and call on Monday. When I called Monday I was told to call back to speak to someone else. Finally, Ms. Wright refused to provide me with the adjustment saying that I did not follow the proper procedure to cancel my contract and that I owed them. While trying to express my dissatisfaction she showed no remorse. She instead told me that I couldn't have possibly had such a bad experience in only 2 weeks of membership. If you are looking for someplace that will be rude and disrespectful to u then by all means join this club cause they got a lot of attitude. If u r already a member, cassie is the best person there. more
