New perks are ace in my book 12/16/2011

Nice visit, though I need a touch-up on a few stubborn grays they got me back in quickly and politely. Great products for my hair, making it soft and smooth that I love! While my color was setting got some shopping done with their wonderful Aveda gift sets and earned a ton of points. Thanks Lori and Ihloff! more

Fantastic - as always 12/7/2011

Janelle always does an amazing job with my hair. My only complaint is about the music. When I first got there, there was really fun, upbeat Christmas music on, which I loved. About halfway through my appointment, the music was changed to very traditional Christmas hymns. It was terrible!! I don't like going to get my hair done and listening to the same music I would hear at Midnight Mass. more

My recent experience 12/5/2011

I got right in for my appointment. As usual, Mindy, my stylist, gave me a fantastic cut. Ihloff is also excellent at giving tips on what to do when you get home, ie, how to use product, maintain healthy hair, etc. Always a good experience! more
