Kaitlyn is an excellent hair stylist! She is thorough and always has her client's best interest in mind. I was nervous to cut my hair months ago. When I came in, I was actually suppose to be with someone else whom was with another client. It was the best switch up though because now I go to her all the time and she does such a great job. She has an eye for styling and for the exact color you are looking for to color. Ihloff is a great place to relax and have a day at the spa :)
