Not an honest bunch to deal with. They sell their own ""Admiral"" units, which are apparently designed to fail within a few months. My compressor went out after less than a year, and they wanted almost $1800 to replace it. They said it was for ""labor"". This is their ""warranty"". I got an entire new system for about that same amount from a reputable, honest company. Don't make the mistake I made. Stay away from these crooks. more

Complete rip-off! Routine service call on two working units resulted in NO routine service being performed and a quote to ""clean"" the coils for $1,500! Also quoted me $3,600 to replace each coil. Replacement coils run $800 to $1,000 installed by reputable companies. This company operates with the sole intent of cheating its customers. Do a search for reviews. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! more

UNRELIABLE and RUDE. For the second year in a row, these guys have not only failed to show up for a scheduled appointment, but they have also neglected to notify me. I have wasted hours of my time waiting for their arrival.! they have plenty of time to call me multiple times to schedule the appointment. I for one will NEVER use them again. Unless you want to waste your time on these unreliable folks, I suggest you go elsewhere. more
