We just checked in for one night, as we had a (Coldplay) concert to go to at the AA Center (about a 15 min walk, by the way). We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the Rock Star...

Outstanding 5/10/2011

Recently I returned from a 4-night business / pleasure trip, staying at Zaza. Booked hotel based on reviews here, their web site, and also wanting a change from the ordinary. We booked on line without issue. ZaZa is simply outstanding in every respect; a refreshing change. All staff friendly and service excellent. No complaints anywhere. We even had the owner sit down at our table and chat with us one evening at Dragonfly! The Decor is superb, even that single bowl of lollipops in the lobby. We've stayed at the Savoy, the Paris Ritz, the Pierre, Waldorf, etc., and our stay at ZaZa was every bit the equal. One of our best hotel stays ever. Even the lifts, with their dim lighting, were soothing. We really felt like we were at an oasis, not in Dallas. more

Perfect 5/6/2011

The wife and I spent our 2nd wedding anniversary at Hotel ZaZa. It was great. Almost everything meet or exceeded our expectations. The decor/art was beautiful. The room was perfectly clean and the turn down service (with candles and chocolate) was very nice! So many hotels have flatscreen HD capable tv sets, but without a true HD signal...however, ZaZa has HD which we enjoyed! The furniture, bathroom, view, etc. was perfect. more

Came Back 5/6/2011

My fiance and I stayed at the ZAZA last year when we had a wedding to attend. We were looking for somewhere fun to book a room and the ZAZA was what we got. We were so pleased with our experience that we swore we would go back again, which we did last this past January. Great hotel if you want good service and fun. more

Hotel ZaZa was beautiful! I stayed here with my family when we came to Dallas to visit some friends. I wanted to stay at the hotel the whole time. I was so comfortable there because we were so well taken care of. If you want a gorgeous luxury hotel to stay at, this is the one you want to stay in. more

Usually very expensive, but found a deal through Expedia and directly through hotel. Rooms are some of the nicest I have stayed in - LCD TV, sofa, nice bathrooms. Wish I had more time to spend there. more

This was for my wife's birthday and we had a perfect time!! We were looking for something-somewhere to just get away...if only for a day..this was it. It looks like every other month now. We live just an hour north but felt thousands of miles away!! Thanks more

Upscale 2/28/2011

This frankly is one amazing hotel. Upscale and for the true hotel affiecendo. Just blocks away from Dallas main strip for nightlife (and trust me, Dallas has quite the nightlife ). It seems like anyone who's who in Dallas will be sitting in one of the three hotel's lounges, the hotel is a symbol of 60's decadence. Everything is luxury and diffently this all comes with a hefty price tag (you can find some special rates online though). If your going to Dallas for business impress your clients with the great dinner at the 5 star restaurant located within or even around the hotel. For those of you wanting to shake your tail feather, Hotel Zaza is a party every Friday and Saturday night. The ""locals"" won't be caught dead there but if your an aristocrat, this is your place to be! more

Hip Modern Different and Fun! 2/25/2011

Hotel ZaZa lived up to the publicity! It was thoroughly hip, modern, different and fun! The decor was very artsy and refreshing. It was a Wonderful departure from the McRooms at the boring hotels. The room was thoughtfully furnished, modern, clean, and artistically engaging. Definitely a place to relax, enjoy, and drink in the environment. Dragonfly was superb - another good one for Mr. Pyles!! more

I will be staying here again 2/24/2011

I have used this site many times in the past, but never was impressed (or disappointed) enough with a hotel to take the time to review it. I went to Dallas for a wedding with my girlfriend. I generally like staying at the W, but this hotel was recommended by friends. We loved it. We received a free upgrade to a Magnificent 7 suite. The staff was courteous and catering. The suite was luxurious and we felt catered to like we were the honeymooning couple. If you are considering staying at the W, look here first. Its a much better deal, with a similar feel. I will be staying here again the next time I return to Dallas. more

Yes, the hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. This is my second stay here and I stayed in a very nice ""regular - superior"" room. The theme suites and the Magnificant Seven look amazingly beautiful. more

You Will Enjoy ZaZa !!! 10/17/2010

This is probably the #1 Hotel in Dallas. I live in the DFW area and definitely have tried a number of the ""Up-scale"" hotels. ZaZa takes the lead, with the Ritz a close second. If your coming to ZaZa know: It is crowded late at night in the bar area. The valet parking therefore is a traffic jam late at night. These guys and girl do a fantastic job considering the tight quarters for entering into the hotel. I never have had a problem with any of my vehicles. Fun place to people watch. The room service menu late at night is limited. Maybe someone in management could improve this negative for the hotel. Anyway if you go to ZaZa have a great time. Enjoy the rooms and if you ever get a chance stay in RockStar and see Ozzy's giant signed photo back in the master bedroom closet. Now I have your attention more
