Attentive and Patient 12/30/2011

I wanted to give a special Shout Out to Rick (from desk) for being so attentive and patient with my questions regarding my reservations. He saw to it for me to be completely satisfied. Michael B. was the manager on duty that evening and he was a complete gem! There is no wonder I choose this hotel EVERY YEAR to spend my birthday!!!! more

It was the king Tut package for my parents Christmas!?they had the time of their lives! The concierge was the greatest at check in ( Hisp.Dark complexion male)!!I would like to thank him for helping making this the trip of a lifetime for my parents THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! more

I stayed here with a boyfriend YEARS ago and went back recently and it was still just as enchanting. The lobby, restaurants, and bars are worthy of more than 5 stars! more

We have stayed in many high end hotel rooms, but ZaZa was by far the best experience we have ever had! From the amazing suite to the great time at the Dragonfly for a group of seven. Everything was top notch. We will be back! more

Great time 10/18/2011

This has been my 5th time here and they are always very smooth and professional at check-in and the staff is always ready. The valets always greet me by name and a handshake which is pretty nice. I always enjoy the hospitality here. more

Pictures 10/7/2011

There was a larger guy who wore a white shirt and had longer hair tied back in a ponytail (worked by the pool/ Sunday brunch) who was so nice and agreed to take several pictures of us both Friday and Saturday. I'm sure they get that a lot but the enthusiasm was appreciated more

Professionalism 10/6/2011

The professionalism of greeting people was the best I have every experienced. For a fancy place like this even a man in a cowboy hat was treated like he grew up in the area. Also, it was much more peaceful and quiet than my wife and I expected considering the abundance of youth downstairs. Looking forward to staying again. more

Great Girls Night Out @ Hotel ZaZa 10/4/2011

I really appreciated the wine and champagne upon arrival, that totally made our night! The drink/app tickets were wonderful and would love to see more of that! We will definitely think of Hotel Zaza the next time I plan another girls night out.. more

I couldn't have asked for a better environment from which to conduct business, especially when such a long way from home. In addition the concierge and front desk staff were all exceptional. more

Getaway 9/12/2011

We've stayed at the W, the Joule and now Hotel Zaza. Each has it's strengths, but overall we enjoy the experience at Hotel Zaza the best. It will be our first choice for when we want to spend a nice week or weekend getaway together in the future. more
