My overall experience here was exceptional! I LOVE the decor and the attention to detail! As an interior designer, I was simply marveled by the details and thought put into every little thing. That made my stay here very exciting and unique. Jason the valet guy he was so friendly and very helpful!! more

great hotel 9/6/2011

My husband and I spend a lot of time in Dallas every year. We have the opportunity to stay anywhere we want to. We choose Hotel ZaZa because it has always been an exceptional place to stay. The hotel staff has always been super great and nice to us. We will continue to stay here at Hotel ZaZa as long as we continue to receive the service we have always experienced here in the past. more

Best Hotel in Dallas by far 9/1/2011

I loved my nights here at Hotel ZaZa it was a real wonderful time. Riley one of the staff members was so nice and did everything to make us happy. If I were to come back to Dallas I will for sure be picking Hotel ZaZa as my first choice.When we arrived they were all so nice and gave us great service. Their Dragonfly dinning room is beautiful! I highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Dallas. more

Best time here ever! 8/31/2011

I came here to Dallas from out of state for my husband and I's anniversary. We picked Hotel ZaZa off the great reviews. The staff from check in to departure were great. I was given a weekend rate which lower the cost of my stay. We were driven to dinner and picked up, and when we came back from our dinner date I had no idea my husband had asked the staff to do a special chore for him. When we arrived there was lit candles, chocolate covered strawberries, and rose petals in our room. In the morning they even brought us breakfast to our room. The whole experience was great! Thanks for the great experience. more

Incredible Staff 8/30/2011

Scott was incredibly accommodating. We went and shopped for cold medicine for my sick sister and came back with a cup of tea free of charge. He also loaned us his personal iPhone charger. I've stayed in Four Seasons, St. Regis, Ritz around the world and the personalized, prompt and caring employees at the Zaza like him make it a hotel a step beyond. more

Loved our trip! Our vacation to Dallas was truly a vacation of a lifetime! Hotel ZaZa has been one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at and everything about it screams LUXURIOUS! Definitely will try to come back to ZaZa. more

Wish we spent more time at the hotel 8/3/2011

We came here as guests to a wedding and didn't know what to expect. I walked in and the staff was so friendly. They took care of our bags and helped us to our room. The room was gorgeous and spacious! The bathrooms were also really nice. We walked around the hotel and were very impressed. The artwork gave the hotel a fun feel and the pool area looked really relaxing! I wish we spent more time at the hotel! more

Comfortable rooms 7/29/2011

I came here with my husband who had been here a few times before. I had always heard his stories exclaiming how perfect Hotel ZaZa was, but I thought he was exaggerating! As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I knew it was going to be a great vacation. The hotel is well decorated and the rooms are so comfortable. more

If I could give ZaZa a higher rating, I would! I've never known any one to have a bad experience here. The staff are so courteous and the atmosphere here is great. I come to Dallas for business quite frequently and would never even think about staying at another hotel. more

Hotel ZaZa totally surpassed my expectations. Extremely clean and sophisticated. Excellent room service and maid in and out without notice. Awesome views in all three rooms we stayed in. Good restaurant in lobby. Very fun, great location. Would be thrilled to stay here again. more

Flawlessly Perfect! 6/1/2011

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The hotel has such a great feel about it - very welcoming, beautifully decorated, totally different, and an exciting aura all around the property. The staff is very friendly (especially Scott, Ryan, and Keith)- the food in the Dragonfly bar is reasonably priced and fabulous! We booked the Notorious Suite and thought it is roomy, comfy, cozy, quiet, and very gorgeous. Our stay was flawlessly perfect!! more

Modern and Fun 5/10/2011

Hotel ZaZa lived up to the publicity! It was thoroughly hip, modern, different and fun! The decor was very artsy and refreshing. It was a Wonderful departure from the McRooms at the boring hotels. The room was thoughtfully furnished, modern, clean, and artistically engaging. Definitely a place to relax, enjoy, and drink in the environment. Dragonfly was superb - another good one for Mr. Pyles!! more
