Comfort Inn, City Center Los Angeles was a very comfortable place to stay for the two nights I was there. The breakfast accomodations were extensive, with the dining room being packed out both mornings I was there. It appeared that most of the guests felt the same as I did, with many enjoying the variety and service provided at the breakfast buffett/bar. The room was comfortably large enough, with good lighting, microwave, fridge, and coffe service. ... It was convenient to USC where I was attending a convention. I would definately consider staying there again. more

Helpful and polite 8/9/2011

The front-desk staff member, [...], was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. She transferred me to another room when the air-conditioning in the room I was originally assigned to did not work. She also was helpful in retrieving my wallet that I inadvertently left in the room. The wallet, with everything in it intact, was delivered to me at LAX in plenty of time before my flight to Tokyo-Narita was scheduled to depart. She was scrupulously honest, helpful and polite. She is a definite asset to your organization. more

The hotel was nice and recently refurbished. It was as nice as any Comfort Inn I've stayed at. The neighborhood is McArthur Park.... That being said, I felt totally safe. It is very close to downtown, just a couple minute drive... more

Great Experience 8/4/2011

The Comfort Inn was very clean and the room was very comforting as well was the ability to sit in the room and access the desk area where I was able to use the internet to keep in contact with my employer while out of town. The staff were very busy keeping the facility very clean and safe the pool was wonderful and the cleanest I have experienced. more

What a treat 7/28/2011

We were there with many other guests to see the Bruce Springsteen concert. The drive to the LA Sports Arena was a snap. There was always a wonderful cup of coffee with all the fixin's in the lobby -- what a treat. more

Very accommodating and helpful staff. Room was clean and neat. Accessible to transportation. Shops and eateries are just walking distance. I'll definitely recommend this inn. more

The location is very good, is just 3 min from freeway and downtown historical center and 5 min. the hotel is sufficiently equipped to meet the needs of comfort (microwave, refrigerator, iron, coffee maker). the beds are very comfortable. more
