close location to Staples Center 4/19/2011

I was in L.A. for the pac 10 tournament and stayed at this place due to the cheaper price and close location to Staples Center. The room was decent sized and clean. No complaints about the service. more

I feel like that it is a good hotel in Los Angeles. From the hotel, it is easy to go everywhere including Los Angeles Convention Center, Stapples Center, Rail Station, etc. In addition, it is inexpensive as a hotel in Los Angeles. It is a kind of hotel I would like to stay next time when I visit Los Angeles again. more

very comfortable 4/14/2011

Comfort Inn was good for the price $62/night. It is close to Convention Center where I attended one day. The neighborhood isn't great but parking seems secure. Rooms are small but well appointed and my bed was very comfortable. There's an adequate continental breakfast downstairs. Also, they have a nice warm pool to relax. more

The location of this hotel was fantastic. the rooms were fine and clean, maid service every day. pool on site, but it was still close when we traveled. if you are in the city for a hockey/ basketball game it is the perfect location and affordable prices. Metro is also 8 minute walk that will take you to Hollywood in 15 minutes, if you are travelling without a car. complementary breakfast with hot waffles, fruits, cerial, oatmeal, coffee, muffins... enough to get you started in the morning. more

My dad and I stayed at this Downtown Comfort Inn for 11 days while I looked for an apartment. The location is not the best, but the building is very quant and offers all basics. The room was just right and soon became home. Thank you to the staff. It was a great stay!! more

Quick check-in 4/11/2011

I chose this hotel as it is close to USC (where I attend weekend classes). It provides pretty basic accomodations at a reasonable price in downtown LA. It's proximity to Staples Center and other attractions are it's only pluses. The rooms themselves are reasonably clean. Given the general neighborhood, I would not recommend this hotel for families or people with young children. I stay at this hotel two weekends a month when classes are in session. Since I arrive late at night and leave early in the morning, I was looking for basic accomodations that this hotel provides. Pluses: - Quick check-in - Very cheap on-site parking ($2) - Resonably clean (given the price) more
