but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

The front-desk staff member, [...], was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. She transferred me to another room when the air-conditioning in the room I was originally assigned to did not work. She also was helpful in retrieving my wallet that I inadvertently left in the room. The wallet, with everything in it intact, was delivered to me at LAX in plenty of time before my flight to Tokyo-Narita was scheduled to depart. She was scrupulously honest, helpful and polite. She is a definite asset to your organization.
