I am very physical active, both at work and in sports and exercise. Over the past 18 months, I started getting a tingling sensation in the pinky finger of my right hand, and through the months, lack of sensation and strength was growing through my pinky finger and adjacent middle finger. My neck was also starting to hurt a lot over the course of the year. As both ailments continued to progress, I became extremely concerned. \r

I reached out to friends for advice on medical help which led me to Dr Seth Hosmer.\r

I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of his office staff. Furthermore, even though I had sought medical attention for other sports injuries in the past, I realized that Dr Seth was different. During examination, at times he seemed to spot what areas where I felt the most tension and pain without me specifically telling him. He seemed to have a grasp on what and where medical attention was needed. Through his treatments over the course of several weeks, sensation and feeling started coming back in my right hand. Also, my neck pain generally abated after years of tension. \r

Also, since 2007 I have suffered from acute form of tinnitus which I have been told medically there is nothing that can be done. Acceptance was part of the therapy and over the years, I began to accept this affliction. However recently, after several weeks with Dr Seth Hosmer , I noticed one night that the constant ringing of my tinnitus was gone. This quiet time lasted for only 3 hours, but it has given me hope. I am not saying that chiropractic treatment can cure tinnitus, but I do believe there can be side benefits from treatment. And honestly, for the first time in years, many of my afflictions that I just dealt with over the years are just starting to go away.\r

Dr Hosmer is also comprehensive in his treatment: I do stretches and other physical exercises that he recommends. Also, his technique is more dynamic in comparison to other chiropractors. He doesn’t just adjust your spine. He asks detailed intelligent questions regarding your ailments, and many aspects of his treatment are in the form of mild and more advanced stretching. He also has in-house physical message therapist, which get involved with trigger point therapy, which has helped a lot.\r
\r
The bottom line is: I am pleased with the results, and Dr Hosmer has delivered them.\r
\r
If you are looking for a good chiropractor: I suggest saving your time and money endlessly searching, because through my experience, Dr Seth Hosmer is one of the best that Portland has to offer.\r
