I started seeing Dr. Hosmer when I could no longer tolerate the pain in my neck and upper back from daily hours at the computer, biking and lugging around kids. What I liked about Dr. Hosmer was that he identified the problem areas and was able to treat them, he also gave me exercised to do at home to stretch and strengthen my neck. I liked that I have option that I can do at home on my own. I always follow up my appointments with a massage, Dr. Hosmer coordinates with the massage therapist to ensure they are targeting the right areas, this always feels great.\r
