I saw Seth Hosmer a year ago for a bike fit. I am very glad I did. It was the best cycling related purchase I have ever made. I am a 48 year old road cycling enthusiast, and cost conscious CPA, from Salem, OR. I ride from 6,000 to 10,000+ miles a year, often with amateur racers. Before seeing Dr. Hosmer, I was having recurring pain in my knees and my right shoulder, and was experiencing cramping in the balls of my feet, especially on longer rides. After the bike fit, and a few months later after being fitted for orthotics, all the pain and discomfort vanished, greatly enhancing the enjoyment of one of my most favorite activities. The dynamic fitting process provided by Dr. Hosmer resulted in changing three things, without additional expense: he raised my saddle height, repositioned my cleats, and shortened my reach by altering the tilt on my handlebars. \r

During the physical examination phase of the fitting process, Dr. Hosmer discovered I had an extremely tight right quadriceps where it attaches the hip. He prescribed specific stretching exercises that have remedied the problem. I believe his experience as a Chiropractic Physician and elite cyclist give his bike fitting service incomparable value compared to other services available. I noticed his price has increased since I saw him, but even at the new fee, it would still be my best bicycle related purchase. Most highly recommended. If you are serious about cycling, you owe it to yourself to see Dr. Hosmer for a formal fitting.\r
