Hosmer is much more than Chiropractic. He has massage therapy in-house - which I was so pleasantly surprised to find is covered by my insurance as physical therapy. His massage therapists use a full complement of techniques to really get at the problem - whether it's lower back muscle pain or tendon issues (wrist and sacrum for me), they know just how to relieve the pain and speed recovery. Pin and stretch, deep tissue and myofascial release are a few of the many techniques his expert techs employ. \r

And I appreciate the advice Dr. Hosmer and his massage therapists give me about stretches I can do at home, many of which are backed up by his authoritative and well-produced videos on You-tube. He actually writes a newsletter that's useful, not a thinly veiled marketing tool.
