The next day, another Horizon technician arrived with all the parts needed and, within a very short time, had my heater back up and running properly.  I can truly tell you that both men were extremely pleasant and professional and obviously knew their profession.  I have had various technicians from Horizon at my residence over the years, and at all times have been treated professionally and courteously.  I’m sure this is a company goal and tradition and wanted you to know that they have held their end of the bargain.  Thank you for your quick attention to my emergency. Just want to say what a great job your tech, Jim, did on my furnace cleaning this week. He was very nice, prompt, clean, and extremely thorough. I will definelty ask for him again next year when I call Horizon. My family and I feel confident our system is running at it's best because of Jim's attention to detail. He even shared Helpful tips that can help to improve the health of my dogs. More Comfortable 12/30/2010

I just wanted to tell you that ""Mike"" did a great job at servicing our air conditioner. He promptly fixed the problem of the loose duct and he checked and added freon which makes the air flow of the unit much cooler. We will definitely be more comfortable and the unit will run less now that it is blowing air at the proper temperature. Mike has given us confidence in your company's commitment to doing a good job and at making sure the customer is completely satisfied. We will certainly refer your company to our friends and family and we will use your services the next time we are in need of plumbing and/or heating help.  Thanks and have a great day, more

Tim came to my house on 1/8/10 to check the gas house heater. He was professional, neat, communicated very well, and explained his work as he progressed. This was outstanding service! He is an excellent representative for Horizon and I would welcome him back for future work more

Great Check Up! 11/16/2010

I had a maintenance check up today under a service contract. It is a fairly new HVAC unit – installed in 2008 & I’ve had it serviced a number of times since then. Today’s technician, Mark, did an outstanding job…including a ‘spic n span’ cleaning and he eliminated a metallic rattle in the ductwork that has probably been there for the past 15 years. He represented Horizon in an exceptional manner. Thought you’d like to know. more

First I was amazed to be scheduled for service the same day, within hours of my call. When Pete Lanza arrived he was courteous and professional and performed the list of services that I had in a timely and professional manner, explaining what and why he was doing to get the results I had requested. I appreciate Horizon Services 10/20/2010

Just a note to acknowledge the two technicians who made calls to our home recently. Both Hai and Tim were very professional and efficient in the work that they did for us. They knew what they were doing and completed the work promptly. Hai thoroughly cleaned the heater/air conditioner electrostatic filter and left a temporary one to use until the clean one dried. Tim had to move a heavy furniture item by himself because I am unable to help and he put it back in place when he was finished. I appreciate their work. more
