At the time of the video assessment, it was determined there were two major issues in our sewer line; the cast iron pipe was broken at the foundation and separated from the house, and there was a belly in the line as it moved toward the main sewer line under the street. Work began on April 28th. The Horizon team was great. Because the weather forecast was predicting severe storms, the team decided to first focus on getting us flowing, and replaced the pipe in the crawl space to the level of our first clean out. When the storms began, we had to reschedule a time for Horizon to complete the work. The team returned on May 3rd to complete the job. We can't say enough about the Horizon team who came to our home (Jim, Timmy, David, and Adam). They were terrific!
