Just want to say what a great job your tech, Jim, did on my furnace cleaning this week. He was very nice, prompt, clean, and extremely thorough. I will definelty ask for him again next year when I call Horizon. My family and I feel confident our system is running at it's best because of Jim's attention to detail.
