Brian did an outstanding job repairing my clogged drain, and his recommendation to correct my sump pump issue was greatly appreciated. I followed up on his recommendation and had him install the new system. I am very pleased with the work Brian did, and would gladly recommend Horizon and Brian to anyone needing any plumbing heating or air conditioning work done.
