Mike Owens is extremely responsive and made himself available at any time, literally, to respond to questions that came up during the process.
The most frustating thing was not likely related to Mike, but the lending co. that required so much documentation. If I had not worked in an office with a scanner, this would have been the most difficult process. I would like to see more tollgates where a review of material needed for the next step is required.
As much as I appreciate Mike and his team, I think I would try another organization next time to see if there might be a simpler way then many, many emails and continued requests for documentation.

I understand the frustration of having to provide documentation, however, the mortgage laws have placed a lot of restraints and regulations on our industry in the past few years due to the large number of foreclosures and short sales. Each loan is unique and while some require a lot documentation, others do not require very much documentation. Based on most feedback I have gotten from my customers, I think you will see that many of my customers are very satisfied with our process. Horizon believes in providing the lowest rates with great communication.
