I originally contacted Horizon Financial because they were listed on CNN.com as having really low rates... and they did. But they're service was also really good. No matter which memeber of the team I was dealing with throughout the process they were professional, kept me updated on the progress of the loan, and really worked with me to make sure they understood and could articulate my financial story to the underwriter. Most importantly, they were able to meet a closing date in about 3 weeks.
