Professional, persistent in following up, and patient with customer 4/4/2011

My experience with Horizon Financial was exceptional. Mike Owens was always professional, never demonstrated frustration or impatience on the phone or in emails. He was courteous yet persistent in following up with me (numerous times), and was exceptionally honest. The hand off to the Mortgage Loan Processor (LeighAnn Martinez) was seamless, and Mike remained available to answer questions. Ms Martinez was also very capable and helpful. A good team effort on Horizon's part. Well done. more

Very Proactive, friendly and helpful 2/17/2011

Mike Owens and his staff did a great job in meeting my re-financing needs. I was looking for a zero closing cost re-fi to take advantage of the rate drop and Mike zeroed right in on my needs. Took less than 4 weeks from application to closing and knocked $500 off my monthly payment! more

Excellent, professional, trustworthy mortgage broker 1/26/2011

I re-financed through Horizon Financial in October 2010. Scott Fowler and his team proved to be courteous, helpful and professional. They found lower rate and fee mortgages than several other sites, and although we did it all on the Internet, it seemed like the team was right down the street. Very nice, honest people to do business with. more

Good service; pleasant to work with 1/20/2011

We got a great deal on our refinance mortgage. There were never any surprises, the terms didn't change, and we always knew what to expect. They had good communication with us, and informed us of each step. They were very easy to get ahold of. There was one small mistake on the final papers, but this was quickly and painlessly fixed by Horizon. I would definitely, and have already, recommended them to friends. more

Our experience with Rhonda was great. We couldn't ask for anything better. We were first time homebuyers and so we had many many questions. She walked us through it all and even gave us her cell phone number so we could get in touch with her anytime we needed to, even after hours or on weekends!
