I had a pretty hard time finding the exact model and features for my Toyota Prius because the color and package i was looking for was low in stock due to high demand, but when i visited Hooman Toyota they had it in stock and none of the other dealerships i visited had it. They gave me an awesome price for the car and showed me all of the in n outs of the car. they have a wonderful and knowledgable sales team that go through all of the features of the car with you and they also offer snacks and beverages, which was pretty nice. They got me in n out of the dealership in less than 3 hours, which was a relief because everytime i visit a car dealership i find myself to be sitting there for hours and hours listening the salesmens non-sense. I got everything i needed and left the dealership very happy and satisfied with the deal i got. Their service department is also great and convenient and very friendly they even give me a complimentary loaner car for when needed, when my car is being serviced. Very Convenient, friendly staff and very professional, they earned my business. more

These guys are honestly better than any dealer i have been to! They really want to earn the customers business for life. i bought my Toyota Venza from Hooman Toyota approximately 5 months ago and i coould say nothing went wrong and it was a good experience. They have a wonderful sales team that completely helped me with everything i needed and met my needs. One of the biggest reasons why i bought my car from them was their V.I.P program, which youorecieve whenever you buy a car from them, you get free tire rotations for life, free car loaner whenever your vehicle is being serviced for however long you need it, free oil, filter and lube changes for life, free car washes for life, free tire replacements for life, free shuttle service to and from home or wherever you need to be, etc. Their service department is awesome, Eddie Aranda, which is one of their servidce advisors is awesome! always gets me in n out within less than hour. They have a great waiting area in their service department with massage chairs and huge plasma screen televisions, which is pretty relaxing, great customer service! more

Fast Service! I ordered a part that i needed ASAP and they had it in stock right when i got there! i visited 3 other dealerships and they all said it would take 3 to 4 days to recieve the part, but hooman toyotas parts department had everything i needed in stock and they were very preciase with everything! they also send out awesome money saving coupons for my service of my RAV 4 thast i also bought from their sales department, which is also great! they're very reliable and convenient and meet all my needs everytime i visit there, GO HOOMAN TOYOTA! more

For the most part i have owned Toyota's and a majority of the time my buying experience has always been a dreadful one, however, my most recent purchase of a Toyota Corolla was not bad at all. I purchased my Corolla close to nine months ago from Hooman Toyota and i could say the whole process went great from their sales to their convenient service department and one of the biggest reasons of why its so convenient is their courtesy loaner vehicle department where they provide you a free loaner for whatever time period you need while your vehicle is being serviced and that is only one out of the many perks you receive when you buy a vehicle from them, you become a VIP member and you get lifetime oil, lube and filter changes for as long as you own the vehicle, free tire replacement and rotations, free car washes, free shuttle service and lots of other great perks. Their customer service is phenomenal and they strive to always keep your business making sure you leave always satisfied. My sales experience was also wonderful, when i walked in i informed them of what i needed and what my budget was and they did everything they could to meet those needs and what i was so fond of was that they were not pushy at all. I get my vehicle services there every three to four months and its easy and great experience every time and never stressful, its great! more

Great service!!! I get my Toyota Venza serviced every 3 to 4 months for its required oil changes and tire rotations… and not once has Hooman Toyotas service department nor sales department come to fail me. I purchased my vehicle approximately 18 months ago and I had a great salesperson help me upon the purchase of my Venza by the name of Julie Wang. She gave us a full comprehension of the vehicle and a thorough explanation of the vehicles features and capabilities, the day I purchased my vehicle I had my hands full meaning that I had all of my children with me, but it wasn’t too dreadful due to Julie kindly taking care of them and offering them some popcorn and other goodies that Hooman Toyotas sales department furnishes! Whenever you buy a car Hooman Toyota you are given a VIP card that has your information registered under the dealership and your entitled to complimentary car washes, complimentary oil changes, free tires for as long as you own your car, courtesy loaner vehicle, express shuttle service to and from anywhere. Wayne Leblanc, shows to be the epitome of what a service advisor should be. He always makes me feel right at home and explains himself thoroughly every visit. During the time my vehicle was getting inspected they have a great lounge furnished with state of the art massage chairs and plasma televisions, which you could use at your convenience and if you so happen to make a visit in the mornings they serve delicious donuts, coffee, cappuccino, latté’s and much more! What came as an extreme shocker to me, that I have not witnessed at any other dealership providing is their complimentary loaner vehicle department where they provide you with a free loaner vehicle at the same make and model of your car while your vehicle is being fixed, all at your convenience, which was just a wonderful experience because I had to pick up my children from school. Worst experience in a dealership rude and liars found an FJ that I liked with the internet price of 29K sticker price 32K. Test drove vehicle asked the salesman Fred “is this internet price negotiable?” his reply was YES until we sat down to make a deal. He added an automatic cost for LOJACK 1995.00 – scotch guard 1500.00 – piece of crap door stripe for 285.00 that I can purchase at my local carwash for 10 bucks. Then he told me all these option are preinstalled on all cars, but I would have to return for the final application of scotch guard. The reason I would have to return is to have these extras INSTALLED. The negotiable price would be in Hooman’s favor. When I made a CASH offer the DEVIL came out of the Finance guy, like if I offended his mother. Didn’t bother to counter offer pretty much said he did not need my business. Where was Hooman at this time with his cute little pink shirt? In his office only greeting the people he screwed on a car deals. When I got home I received a call from the salesman Fred letting me know he had a cheaper FJ in stock. “Like I would consider doing business with these ass wipes after this experience” I think a different dealership would be happy to take my CASH sale. To bad the lowest rating is 1 star they don’t deserve ½ star. more

I was in the market to buy a used vehicle and came across a couple of vehicles I liked at Hooman Toyota but wondered if it was worth the long trip to Long Beach from Santa Monica. I made a great decision... I first went to several dealerships around my geographical location and saw the "almost" perfect car I had been searching for. I had heard from numerous family members and friends that if you drive a little further outside your neighborhood, you will get a better deal and find a wider selection. I looked at the inventories of numerous car dealerships and luckily came across Hooman Toyota of Long Beach. So I traveled down the 405 freeway (on the way stopping at other car places)... I went inside and was instantly greeted by a courteous young lady that directed me to a salesman. From then on, I might as well been in my own living room buying a car I felt so comfortable! At one point, Hooman (the owner) sat with me while my car was being washed to be delivered to me clean and showed a genuine appreciation of my patronage. This personal touch is why I'm sure every customer there that day had a huge smile on their faces. I was in and out in less than an hour (seriously) with the best deal I could have asked for on the same car that was in Santa Monica but a nicer color and $3500 cheaper!!! I am now looking forward and excited to meet the service team at Hooman's. more
