These guys are honestly better than any dealer i have been to! They really want to earn the customers business for life. i bought my Toyota Venza from Hooman Toyota approximately 5 months ago and i coould say nothing went wrong and it was a good experience. They have a wonderful sales team that completely helped me with everything i needed and met my needs. One of the biggest reasons why i bought my car from them was their V.I.P program, which youorecieve whenever you buy a car from them, you get free tire rotations for life, free car loaner whenever your vehicle is being serviced for however long you need it, free oil, filter and lube changes for life, free car washes for life, free tire replacements for life, free shuttle service to and from home or wherever you need to be, etc. Their service department is awesome, Eddie Aranda, which is one of their servidce advisors is awesome! always gets me in n out within less than hour. They have a great waiting area in their service department with massage chairs and huge plasma screen televisions, which is pretty relaxing, great customer service!
