For the most part i have owned Toyota's and a majority of the time my buying experience has always been a dreadful one, however, my most recent purchase of a Toyota Corolla was not bad at all. I purchased my Corolla close to nine months ago from Hooman Toyota and i could say the whole process went great from their sales to their convenient service department and one of the biggest reasons of why its so convenient is their courtesy loaner vehicle department where they provide you a free loaner for whatever time period you need while your vehicle is being serviced and that is only one out of the many perks you receive when you buy a vehicle from them, you become a VIP member and you get lifetime oil, lube and filter changes for as long as you own the vehicle, free tire replacement and rotations, free car washes, free shuttle service and lots of other great perks. Their customer service is phenomenal and they strive to always keep your business making sure you leave always satisfied. My sales experience was also wonderful, when i walked in i informed them of what i needed and what my budget was and they did everything they could to meet those needs and what i was so fond of was that they were not pushy at all. I get my vehicle services there every three to four months and its easy and great experience every time and never stressful, its great!
