I was in the market to buy a used vehicle and came across a couple of vehicles I liked at Hooman Toyota but wondered if it was worth the long trip to Long Beach from Santa Monica. I made a great decision...
I first went to several dealerships around my geographical location and saw the "almost" perfect car I had been searching for. I had heard from numerous family members and friends that if you drive a little further outside your neighborhood, you will get a better deal and find a wider selection. I looked at the inventories of numerous car dealerships and luckily came across Hooman Toyota of Long Beach. So I traveled down the 405 freeway (on the way stopping at other car places)...
I went inside and was instantly greeted by a courteous young lady that directed me to a salesman. From then on, I might as well been in my own living room buying a car I felt so comfortable! At one point, Hooman (the owner) sat with me while my car was being washed to be delivered to me clean and showed a genuine appreciation of my patronage. This personal touch is why I'm sure every customer there that day had a huge smile on their faces.
I was in and out in less than an hour (seriously) with the best deal I could have asked for on the same car that was in Santa Monica but a nicer color and $3500 cheaper!!!
I am now looking forward and excited to meet the service team at Hooman's.
