My water heater died. I called Heritage Plumbing, and they came out on Saturday afternoon. Their service tech, Eric R., who was friendly and knowledgeable, was able to get a brand new one installed for me that same day. Eric and Heritage Plumbing saved the day, and now I have hot water again! The company was easy to work with, and Eric, their service tech, did a great job.
