I called to have a broken flange repaired. I expected a huge expense, thinking the
whole pipe had to be replaced and we were going to loose our newly installed tile floor. Floyd was able to take care of it without doing all that, saving us money and stress! He was very courteous, informative and left no mess behind. We had rain on that day and he made sure to wear shoe covers that I very much appreciated.Very much a professional, I would have him back for more repairs any time.
