I want to commend and compliment a few of your employees. I recently purchased a 2011 Ford F-250 from Henry Day Ford and dealt with Dave and Michael throughout the process of deciding options and purchase price. Both of these guys were knowledgeable and helpful in helping me and my wife make our choices and decisions. They know what they?re doing and treated us with respect and courtesy every time we met with them. Dave is one of the most down to earth guys I have met and I felt like I could call him anytime with questions or concerns. Great sales staff! And then yesterday I came by Henry Day Ford to ask about some accessories for my new truck (a tool box for the bed and rubber floor mats). I was treated like I was the most important customer that day. Brandon, the Parts Department Manager, helped me with my requests. He has some of the best customer relations skills I have experienced. Great guy, and needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service and personality. I was really impressed with Brandon so please acknowledge his efforts. I purchased the accessories I was looking for so Brandon turned me over to Jake, the Fast Lane Manager. Again I was treated with skill and consideration. Jake is another exceptional employee and I hope you also recognize his skill and expertise. If these four guys are any indication of the caliber and quality staff you have at Henry Day Ford then my congratulations on hiring and keeping a wonderful crew. I will surely recommend Henry Day Ford to my friends and family and share my experiences with them. more

They made my appointment the day prior and when i arrived at noon they were ready for me. had my door fixed and I was on my way in 1 hour. When it came to the price of my repair I was pleasantly surprised how little it cost. while I waited I was able to have lunch at their onsite restaurant! Nice surprise... more

Very Helpful 9/14/2010

We were from out of state and had some problems with title transfer. The people at the dealership were very helpful in resolving that problem (none of which was their fault). I appreciated the time they devoted to making sure I had a timely and satisfactory experience. more

Honesty and Integrity 9/2/2010

This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Henry Day in the last 6 years (including our daughter's purchase). Each time everyone we have worked with has been very friendly and efficient. We have found Daryl, Dave, and Roy to be extremely honest in their dealings with us. We believe that this is somewhat unusual in most car salesmen -- we greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity of those we have met at Henry Day Ford. more

A very plesant experience 9/1/2010

I compared prices and customer service at several dealerships prior to purchasing my new 2011 F-250. I found Dave and Michael to be extremely helpful and friendly. They both dealt with me and my wife with respect and courtesy. Dave was a wealth of knowledge and support during the process of negotiating price and options on our new truck. Mike was very helpful in completing the paperwork and then introducing us to our new truck when it arrived. We had a very pleasant experience and would return again to Henry Day Ford for future purchases. We hope that the Service Department is as professional and qualified as the new car sales department. more

Dave has made buying a car great experience 8/30/2010

This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Henry Day and both times we worked with Dave. I had gone to multiple car dealerships and I hated every minute of it. Dave has made buying a car great experience rather then something I would normally dread. I love the fact that the price on the car is what you pay and it's not through the roof expensive. If I have to go go another dealership that haggles, I would assume not buy a car and walk!! Thank you Dave and Henry Day Ford, we will be back!! more

I had a very good experience with this Dealership. Their one fair price/salaried Employees meant there was no pressure to buy. I much prefer this type of buying experience. Michael Midgley, the Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable and ""Paul"" who finalized the paperwork was a also a joy to work with. more

Me and my girlfriend purchased a used 2007 sonata from Henry day Ford. Their no-haggle pricing and trade in valuation was a nice change from the typical, misleading sales rhetoric - they also worked hard to get me the best rate possible through a credit union. They worked for me and made the sales process as worry free as it possibly can be. more

Horrible used car buying experience 3/30/2010

I took my elderly parents car shopping over the weekend. Henry Day was the first place we went, as my parents have purchased cars there before. I can't remember the salesmans name, but he nice. My parents found the perfect car- a used Ford Edge. The car had two tires worn to the wear bar and two that we close. My parents told the salesman that she would pay full price for the car if they agreed to put four new tires on it (it wouldnt have even past inspection). The salesman said that they were already losing money on the car and would need to talk to his manager. He also said the tires were in fine condition. The used car manager came over and told us that two of the tires were questionable and two were fine, so we could just go buy two. He also said that that they were already losing money on the car and couldn't afford to give any discount on it. I advised him that in buying a car, my parents could also not afford to take a loss by having to buy new tires right out the gate. He very sarcastically responded ""Good to know"". I again advised him that we would not pay full price for a used car with bad tires. He said that he would not put tires on it. I said ""I guess we are done"" and got up to leave. He very sarcastically responded ""Sounds great!"". I replied ""Its great that you aren't selling a car today?"" He started to respond but I told him I was done and walked out. While I was loading my parents two walkers back in their van, the sales man and the sales manager followed us out. The sales manager said that he has to pay the same cost for tires through the service department as us and would instead take $300 off the price of the car to go get tires at costco. I told them I was done, that I was upset and the horrible manner in which the used car manager was treating us and that we were leaving. The salesmans reply was that the used car sales manager was young and his attitude should be taken as representative of their company....THEN WHY WAS HE WORKING THERE AND ALLOWED TO DO IT? This was THE WORST experience. I was embarrased for them and will NEVER shop there again. Not only did they allow for an employees poor behavior, they them excused it away as if it was nothing. I've never been treated by a business with such sarcasm and hope to never be treated that way again. I do not recommend this dealer at all. Pros: NONE! Cons: bad customer service more
