I took my elderly parents car shopping over the weekend. Henry Day was the first place we went, as my parents have purchased cars there before. I can't remember the salesmans name...

I mean it when I give Henry Day Ford the highest rating. With my car's transmission failing, I was in urgent need of a quality car. Other dealerships seeing my dilemma seemed to want to rush me into a car that I didn't even want for too much money. I wandered into Henry Day Ford on a whim and was greeted by Darrell Frank. I told him my situation and he walked me through a process that made sense. After looking at a car I actually wanted to buy, Darrell and crew worked on getting me the best financing for my circumstances. It was refreshing to talk to someone that really had my best interest in mind. I purchased a car I love, at a fair price. My buying experience was handled professionally without any gimmicks. I will definitely recommend Darrell Frank and Henry Day Ford to anyone looking to make a car purchase. more

I had a great experience at Henry Day Ford. I worked with Kelly and Michael and they were very helpful. I would absolutely refer my friends and coworkers to them. They were knowledgable but never pushy. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to make sure we got the car we really wanted in our price range. Julio in the finance department was also very helpful and professional as he explained our financing options. more

Roy is very very accomodating. He does not make you feel uncomfortable or that he is hurrying you for a sale. We came in with a car in mind, my son couldn't fit to drive in it. While we were driving, and Roy let us go alone, he was pulling up the details of the deal on his computer. We came in and said sorry won't work, he cheerfully said ok lets walk around and find something else. We decided to look at trucks and he walked around the whole lot unlocking every truck we wanted. We took the truck for a ride andhe stayed behind doing the paper work again, and we came in the office area to sign on and found a car in the store that worked perfect. So we started over again and we did buy this one. We also had a trade in that was valued and the next day he found a better price for us and gave us more money. Now who does that!!!! No car dealership or salesman that I know of. We have purchased five cars there in 13 months and it is because of Ford's great product and because of Roy and his partner Hawk being exceptional salesman.!!! more

Roy is a great person to work with and was very helpful in finding the right car for me and my wife. He did not pressure us into buying anything in order for him to secure the sale. He was more worried about what we wanted and what we coudl afford and would work for our family. more

Roy was very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and get us the information that we needed. He even brought my garbage cans in when he came with me to pick up our second tradein. He provided a vehicle for us to get to a Doctor's appointment while the truck was being washed and the bed cover installed so we didn't need to cancel the appointment. What we were given for our tradeins was fair and Julio Santoro allowed us to also just do the initial paperwork and come back in to finish it up as my husband wasn't feeling well. All in all it was a pleasant experience and not stressful as buying a vehicle can sometimes be. more

I want to commend and compliment a few of your employees. I recently purchased a 2011 Ford F-250 from Henry Day Ford and dealt with Dave and Michael throughout the process of deciding options and purchase price. Both of these guys were knowledgeable and helpful in helping me and my wife make our choices and decisions. They know what theyre doing and treated us with respect and courtesy every time we met with them. Dave is one of the most down to earth guys I have met and I felt like I could call him anytime with questions or concerns. Great sales staff! more

I had a very good experience with this Dealership. Their one fair price/salaried Employees meant there was no pressure to buy. I much prefer this type of buying experience. Michael Midgley, the Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable and ""Paul"" who finalized the paperwork was a also a joy to work with. Would recommend this Dealership to my friends and family! more

Josh Montez was extremely knowledgable about the different truck options and what the different models had to offer. He helped me choose the truck model that was best suited for my needs. Then, after the sale was complete, he throughly explained how all of the ""extras"" operated. It was superior service from start to finish!! more

The whole experience, from greeting to final paperwork seemed so easy. Mike found me the truck I wanted and provided me answers to all the questions I had a long the way. There was never any pressure to buy, just consulting about features and needs. more

I would highly recommend them 7/25/2011

Working with Roy was a very pleasant experience. Not only was he extremely helpful but very informative as well. His assistance in acquiring the truck we bought was greatly appreciated. He was always available on his phone to answer all our questions and concerns. When we went to finalize our purchase, all the paperwork and the people involved in that process had everything waiting for us and we breezed thru the proccess fairly quickily. Purchasing a verhicle has never been a favorite of mine. but my experience with the staff at Henry Day Ford changed that and I would highly recommend them. more
