I took my elderly parents car shopping over the weekend. Henry Day was the first place we went, as my parents have purchased cars there before. I can't remember the salesmans name...

We bought a new F-150 truck from Henry Day Ford. Our overall experience was fantastic. Darrell Frank is our salesman. He is very knowledgeable , friendly, patient and willing to go the extra mile to help us find the right vehicle. When we have a problem or a question about our vehicles the staff at Henry Day Ford responds quickly to make sure we are taking care of. I went in to look at the F 150 for a work truck. I found the sales consultant (Feras Abou-Zaki) not only was very knowledgable about the truck but was very nice. He understood that the truck purchase will be a coorperate purchase, and was willing to still pitch me the F 150. He also over heard me discuss with my wife our frustrations in find a car for our college bound daughter. He showed us a car that my wife & I felt comfortable with at the price we needed. I highly reccomend Feras and the Henry Day team!!! more

Feras was great. He didnt waste our time by showing cars we werent interested in and got me the car I wanted. He got us approved when other dealerships said ""no"". Also, the total amount of time it took was half that of other dealers. Michael did our final financial paperwork and explained things very well and made it easy to understand. I would definitly recommend Henry Day Ford! more

Roy was excellent to work with and I would not hesitate to send any one to Roy for the buying experience.This is my second purchase from Henry Day. I was a GM buyer for over 35 years and decided to purchase a Ford Ranger in 2005. The service I received after that purchase is the best I have ever experienced. I don't buy many cars and when we decided to purchase a new vehicle last month there was no question it would be a Ford and we would only buy a Ford from Henry Day and Roy Galbraith. Since I keep my vehicles for a long period of time, I've learned that a Dealership is only as good as the service you receive long after the sale is ""old news"". When I bring my Ranger in for service I'm treated like I just bought it two days prior and there not ""blowing smoke"". I know and look forward to having the same quality of service on my new Ford Edge for years to come. more

We went in just to look for cars, and right off found what we were looking for and it was at a great price. There was no pressure to buy. We took it for a test drive. As we were pre-approved, everything went very smoothly. We were in and out in just about 2 hours. Everyone was very friendly and we were very comfortable while we were there. more

Jeremy was really good to work with. He was fast, honest, trusting, and very pleasant to work with. He followed through with what he told me he was going to do. He wasn't forceful. He never changed the price and was honest in what he told me. He made me feel like my business was important to the dealership. more

This was a quick and easy trade in and purchase. Walked in with a pre-approval which needed to be bumped a little higher. We were going to have to have a down payment but they changed a few numbers around to ensure that we didn't have to put anything down. Very nice people to work with, and they weren't pushy. more

This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Henry Day and both times we worked with Dave. I had gone to multiple car dealerships and I hated every minute of it. Dave has made buying a car great experience rather then something I would normally dread. I love the fact that the price on the car is what you pay and it's not through the roof expensive. If I have to go go another dealership that haggles, I would assume not buy a car and walk!! Thank you Dave and Henry Day Ford, we will be back!! more

We first went to the dealership to have questions about leases answered, and Feras not only clearly answered our initial questions, but patiently helped us explore all of the pros and cons of our other options. We never felt pressure to choose a specific price range; we genuinely sensed that he felt that his job was to help us be happy with whatever decision we settled on. We are so happy with the great car we got and the price that we paid for it. Financing and options were early explained by Paul, and paperwork was (relatively) painless. All around, we were totally satisfied and would recommend Feras and the others at Henry Day Ford. more

I came in to get my previous car's 3k mile lube, oil and filter done and left in a new Mustang. Fares was great and very friendly. My reason for the ratings were due to the professional attitude and friendly demeanor of the staff, while giving me a great deal on my new Mustang. more

Very good experience working with Jeremy Day and Roy Gailbrathe on a trade of my old truck towards a new 2011. Henry Day Ford stepped up when I was having issues with my 2008 Ford F350 truck, and we were able to make my experience very good, and I will definately be back. more
