This was by FAR the worst experience ive had at any dealership as far as getting my vehicle serviced. I got false numbers on my inspection sheet(which makes me believe they half ass inspected it). As a matter of fact they didnt address the problem on the vehicle. It was in shop for 10 hours. I get the truck back and its still got the same problem. Do NOT go to Don Medford. He has the worst attitude and even worse people skills. more

Very Pleasant 1/28/2015

Our experience at Henry Day was pleasant from beginning to end. I found the vehicle I was looking for on Cars.com for a competitive price. The price was thousands less than the comparable car at the major "box" chain in Utah. The car was very well presented with a power train warranty included. The dealership offered me a significant amount more for my trades than what I was expecting, and sold the car for $4000 below book--I verified this. Our salesman was Joel Gutierrez. He has to have the most perfect hair I have ever seen--I mean PERFECT!! On a serious note, he did his research and was able to answer my questions upon arrival and address our concerns upon the vehicle inspection. Joel was very professional and presentable. I did not get any of the "salesman" vibes that you may get at other dealerships. I would recommend that you give Joel a call to see if he can help you. It was easily worth the three hour drive. more

The whole experience, from greeting to final paperwork seemed so easy. Mike found me the truck I wanted and provided me answers to all the questions I had a long the way. There was never any pressure to buy, just consulting about features and needs. more

I would highly recommend them 7/25/2011

Working with Roy was a very pleasant experience. Not only was he extremely helpful but very informative as well. His assistance in acquiring the truck we bought was greatly appreciated. He was always available on his phone to answer all our questions and concerns. When we went to finalize our purchase, all the paperwork and the people involved in that process had everything waiting for us and we breezed thru the proccess fairly quickily. Purchasing a verhicle has never been a favorite of mine. but my experience with the staff at Henry Day Ford changed that and I would highly recommend them. more

Great for me 7/22/2011

When I was looking into buying a car in a certain price range I felt like I was not worth helping at other dealerships. But when I went to Herny ford and met Roy he didn't make me feel that way, he said he will keep an eye out for me and let me know if he saw anything in my price range. He called me early the next morning to let me know about a trade in that would be great for me. I really appreciated all he did to help me find and go thru the buying process of my car. Thanks more

Best customer service 7/20/2011

We shopped five different dealerships and found that Henry Day gave us the best customer service and price. Roy gave us his personal cell phone and we called him several times to coordinate the purchase. They even fixed some glitches on our other car when we came to pick up the new Explorer. I am planning to return when we buy our next car. more

The people at Henry Day Ford were very courteous and helpful. We were given options that we could choose from. Our intend was not to buy as new a car as we did but their thoroughness really helped us make our decision. Their arrangements for servicing our vehicle was tops! more

Very nice people to work with, and they weren't pushy 7/13/2011

This was a quick and easy trade in and purchase. Walked in with a pre-approval which needed to be bumped a little higher. We were going to have to have a down payment but they changed a few numbers around to ensure that we didn't have to put anything down. Very nice people to work with, and they weren't pushy. more

I was having issues on my 2004 Jeep. I talked with Henri in the service department. She was friendly and took time with me go over different options for my repair and time frame. They came in right at the price we agree on and had it done in the time frame she had told me. I would recommend their service to anyone. more

Amazing experience 7/8/2011

Michael is AMAZING!!! Will be returning to Henry Day Ford. Everyone was very nice, and it is a very nice establishment. Michael is a great salesperson, and we will definately be returning to see him! Very knowledgeable. We had gone to another dealership, and they gave us the run-around...not Henry Day! It was an amazing experience, and we were in and out with our certified pre-owned Ford Flex in no time. Julio, the finance manager explained all of the paperwork, and would let us ask questions when needed. Just an overall GREAT experience!! Thank you, Henry Day Ford! more

Gave us honest answers 7/5/2011

"Big Rob" was amazing as a salesman. No pressure. He gave us honest answers and did not try to over sell us. We had a price range in mind and he helped us find what we were looking for. We almost didn't buy from them because earlier in the day we looked at the same vehicle and a different salesman was cold and arrogant. We came back later to look again and Rob was there and ready to help in any way he could. The finance manager (I can't remember his name)was great to work with us as well. Our Credit Union had quoted one rate and then switched to a higher rate after we had made a deal. He found us better financing than we had originally secured from the CU. more

Tremendous customer service 6/22/2011

Hands down best cars dealer services at Henry Day Ford. Everyone was very professional. The salesman Michael Midgley was great. He wasn’t pushy and he answered all of our questions. He was very thoughtful and delivered world class customer service. He offered us a drink and made sure we felt comfortable; sometimes it’s the little things that count. Michael was great to deal with and I would recommend him to everyone I know if they would like a great car salesman to deal with. Also dealt with Paul St. Clair for the paperwork/finance portion and he was very professional and down to earth as well. In addition to that we also met Dave Kilpack and he was extremely accommodating and very nice and thoughtful/professional. Henry Day Ford in West Valley City has tremendous customer service and I will be going there for my future purchases. more

Mike was very friendly, and not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions, and let us run a few errands in the car, before we purchased it, so we could get a feel for the car. We were given a tour of the dealership by Bill, and everyone was very nice. I had some questions about service on the car we already owned, and was introduced to Jake. He was very helpful, and gave me a quote. more

My whole experience was very positive 6/13/2011

Hak was the greatest from the time I got to the dealership. He showed me the cars in my price range without pressuring me into looking at something too expensive for me. I really appreciated that (being a woman who hasn't bought a car in 20 years)!! This was the first stop on my day long multi-dealership trip. When I told him I had to check out other cars at other places that day Hak didn't make me feel like I was doing something wrong (like at other dealerships that day). I ended up buying a used car from him (one that he had showed me earlier that day). I felt very comfortable buying a car from this salesman. I had left my garage door opener in my trade-in car and I called his cell phone (even after business hours) and he went and got it for me out of the car and it was waiting for me when I went back to do the paperwork. He was very friendly but not overboard. I would also like to commend Paul who explained all the paperwork to me before I signed it. He made me feel very comfortable about all the paperwork. My whole experience was very positive. more

Very nice dealership 6/7/2011

Great dealership! I live about 3 hours away, so I had a lot of phone contact with Rob before I actually came down. He was great! I knew what to expect regarding the vehicle I wanted before I even arrived. Everyone there was very friendly! This is a very nice dealership; it even had a play area for my 3 kids to keep them entertained! I was there for about 4 hours start to finish, which isn't that bad compared to some former car buying experiences I've had. I would highly recommend this dealership! more
