Working with Roy was a very pleasant experience. Not only was he extremely helpful but very informative as well. His assistance in acquiring the truck we bought was greatly appreciated. He was always available on his phone to answer all our questions and concerns. When we went to finalize our purchase, all the paperwork and the people involved in that process had everything waiting for us and we breezed thru the proccess fairly quickily. Purchasing a verhicle has never been a favorite of mine. but my experience with the staff at Henry Day Ford changed that and I would highly recommend them.
