We shopped five different dealerships and found that Henry Day gave us the best customer service and price. Roy gave us his personal cell phone and we called him several times to coordinate the purchase. They even fixed some glitches on our other car when we came to pick up the new Explorer. I am planning to return when we buy our next car.
