I had a great experience at Henry Day Ford. I worked with Kelly and Michael and they were very helpful. I would absolutely refer my friends and coworkers to them. They were knowledgable but never pushy. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to make sure we got the car we really wanted in our price range. Julio in the finance department was also very helpful and professional as he explained our financing options. more

I brought my vehicle in due to a leak in the oil plug seal. The tech writer indicated that the seal was their fault, it should have been replaced when I had my vehicle in for a 15,000 mile service. I am impressed by the staff willing to stand up and accept responsibility for issues they should have taken care of earlier. more

Great Experience! 11/15/2010

We went in just to look for cars, and right off found what we were looking for and it was at a great price. There was no pressure to buy. We took it for a test drive. As we were pre-approved, everything went very smoothly. We were in and out in just about 2 hours. Everyone was very friendly and we were very comfortable while we were there. more
