Hands down best cars dealer services at Henry Day Ford. Everyone was very professional. The salesman Michael Midgley was great. He wasn’t pushy and he answered all of our questions. He was very thoughtful and delivered world class customer service. He offered us a drink and made sure we felt comfortable; sometimes it’s the little things that count. Michael was great to deal with and I would recommend him to everyone I know if they would like a great car salesman to deal with. Also dealt with Paul St. Clair for the paperwork/finance portion and he was very professional and down to earth as well. In addition to that we also met Dave Kilpack and he was extremely accommodating and very nice and thoughtful/professional. Henry Day Ford in West Valley City has tremendous customer service and I will be going there for my future purchases.
