well first I tried to purchase the buy one get one $200 gift cards., I was getting a color that was $115 wanted to use the first card for that and then use the free one on a future date as the sign stated but was told I couldn't...VERY MISLEADING !!! I then went home after my highlight and cut, and the only thing people noticed was how messed up my haircut was. I had asked for medium brown base color with carmel/beige highlights. I got the blonde highlights that I had, covered with the same color as my base already was a warm 6 , and no base color. I was ok with that even though it was not what I asked for and there is no visible weave even though I was charged $115 (and that was with new customer 20% discount). My stylist Erin was very nice and even attempted to fix my very choppy , disjointed layers, but they still look off. I was very displeased and will not be returning !! This was a Christmas gift and the person that bought it and myself are very unhappy with your salon and will let anyone who asks know so !!!!!!
