Alison is a fantastic colorist and stylist - but most of all her customer service is top-notch. I LOVE my haircolor! She is a gem!

Worst

I thought my stylst was great however I believe the price was a little out of hand $40?? Yes I enjoyed the scalp massage and the hand massage but when she was finished blow drying...

Everething about the service was great from the moment we went into the salon to the moment we left.We were treated with respect and courtesy the entire time. I went there with my mother and a 2 month old in a huge stroller. The staff and stylists were very polite and accomodating with us and with the baby. Not only were the stylists polite, they were knowledgeable too. I had so many requests about my hairdo and my highlights - they consulted with each other and with me until we were all satisfied. My stylist, Andrea, did a fantastic job with both my haircut and highlights. I definitely recommend this place. more

Great experience at every visit 7/6/2011

Ashley Pawlak is my stylist and I enjoy every visit I have with her at the salon. Ashley starts by asking me what I like about my hair and encourages me to let her know of any changes I would like to make. She is so creative and talented that every time I go to work the day after she has cut and styled my hair I receive compliments on how nice it looks. Her skill is evident in how well the cut works whether I am traveling or at home. Really appreciate the care she takes to make her clients happy! more

Elliot did my haircut today - it was a fun experience. He was very professional, and listened to me carefully before he started cutting and he did exactly what I had in mind. And the conversation was a big plus. Elliot is a unique character who loves what he is doing and that makes the experience top notch. I will definetely return and recommend him to anyone. more

Dissapointed 6/18/2011

Had to work hard to get an appointment when convenient for me. Girls who work at front desk are not helpful...indifferent at best, and borderline rude (Crocker Park location). Finally got appointment with Nancy....she was great. more

Happy with services, pricey! 6/12/2011

Melanie was the stylist I saw at the Crocker Park location and she was wonderful. Have had many compliments on the cut and highlight I received. She was also very friendly and talkative. Also, when she would use product on my hair, she would tell me why she used that particular product on me and why she liked it. I just wish I could have someone at my house every morning to make my hair look as great as it did coming out of the salon! more

My new cut is lovely and it is certainly more comfortable for me. Thanks for talking me into a cut that is more flattering to my face. You certainly know what you are talking about. My cut is excellent and my hairs just falls into place. It is so nice not to have to fight my hair to look great. I am sending my son and husband in so they can look good too! more

Eliot cut my hair and did a great job. He wad professional and friendly. Love that he took the time to listen to me and to share his plan for my hair. He explained the products that he was using and gave me tips to style ny hair. I highly recommend him more

Pricing is out of control 5/26/2011

The pricing of a mens haircut was just raised to $45 a woman's cut $65 due to my stylist receiving a promotion. Although my partner and I enjoy Aveda very much and will continue to use the product lines, we feel that this promotion has pushed the cost too high for a simple haircut, causing us to look elsewhere for service. The Only Salon I Tust 5/18/2011

I first came to this salon about 4 or 5 yrs ago, I was so impressed by my cut and highlights that Alicia is the only person I trust with my hair. I will never see anyone else. If I ever have the money I would hire her as my personal hairstylist. The spa is very customer oriented, they make sure that they give you the best service, as opposed to other 'spas' in the area that are more interested in fitting in as many customers as possible. more

i was so happy with my cut that i just kept saying "thank you". i've been to a lot of other salons and not one matched the experience i recieved at HQ! Melissa completely transformed my hair-she's awesome with a pair of scissors :O) more
