The stylists and receptionists were nice enough, but I think $55 plus a tip for a haircut should include styling after it's cut. I went to HQ for the first time recently and was seeking to have my style changed somewhat. Well I got the cut and the totally unnecessary scalp and hand massage I never ask for and which just ups the price, had my hair partially dried with a diffuser, and left with damp hair. If it isn't dried and styled, how do I know the cut was what I wanted? Had that been done, the cut could have been adjusted until it was right. Guess what--I don't like it. Now do I have to go back to get it recut? Will I be charged for that? Probably. Actually, I won't be going back at all. It was an awfully short and incomplete appointment for $55. Guess you have to pay extra for the five minutes it takes to style your hair after it's cut.
