I tried on bridesmaid dresses here. They have a HUGE selection, so that was great. However, the service left me very uneasy, and I ultimately did not buy the dresses from them for this reason. Some of the problems I encountered were:\r

1) Slow response to emails (1 1/2 weeks), even though they gave me their email address. \r
2) Rude service. I brought my fianc?n to see the swatch of the dress I had chosen, and they would not let me see the swatches for 2 seconds since someone else was looking at them. I just feel like they were being a bit unreasonable.\r
3) Disorganization and unreliability. When I went in to place my orders, Patricia sat down with me to fill out the forms. I came to discover that the skirt was mis-tagged, and when I pointed this out, she told me the true style number would cost $10 more. HANNELORE'S MADE A MISTAKE WHEN THEY TAGGED THE SKIRT, but they wanted me to ask my bridesmaids to pay $10 more, even though they quoted me the lower price from the tag. That is unp
