Review content:
I must say, I have always heard mixed reviews about Hannelores, its either you hate them or love them. I personally loved them. I had first rate service when picking out my wedding gown and bridesmaind dresses. I also ended up using the tuxedo place for my husband and his groomsmen. Some of the staff is better than others and I have seen rude behavior. I personally didn't like the seamtress but I just think her personality was no hassel in and out, I don't want to be bothered. Either way, she was good at what she did and case closed. I was fortunate enough to be treated to first class by Mrs. Hannelore herself. She was the one that put my whole ensemble together and made me feel so excited about my gown choice and made me confident and beautiful in it. She also helped me with my veil and advised me on jewelry and shoes, without making me buy it from her. She did though throw in a free veil which was great. \r \r One year later, my sister got married and she bought her dress at Hannelores
