I went here and had a decent experience. I made the appt the day before - staff was helpful and it only took a minute to get an appt for the very next day. I had a really hard to fit bridesmaid, and we had had some pretty depressing experiences at other stores that only carry sample sizes (she couldn't even get most of them on). Hannelores had larger sizes for her to try and were really nice and helpful in helping her find a dress that fit and looked great. They were a bit pricey, and alterations are not included, but she felt great about the dress and the shopping experience, so it was worth it. We payed a small fee (20) for a rush order, and they guaranteed the dress would arrive and be altered in time. If that doesn't happen, of course I'll be back to change my review...
