Review content:
Hannelore's is known for being extremely off-hand, but I always like to try something for myself before making a decision. I walked in, to ask about making an appointment and didn't realize that the woman sitting at the desk was the person I was supposed to talk to. I walked around the store looking for an availble person to ask how I could make an appointment and I could not even get a service woman's attention to ask how I would go about making an appointment. Finally I positioned myself in front of someone to ask, and she directed me to the front desk, who made me fill out a card with all of my personal information before she would even talk to me about making an appointment (most places have you fill that card out at the appointment). The desk lady kept leaving the desk while I was trying to ask her about availability, so I finally left. I felt like my apperance was being judged as well; I was wearing jeans and had my hair in a ponytail so I kept getting the "once-over" look.
