Need more dealerships like this 4/6/2011

I just got a new Dodge Caliber at Gresham Toyota and I just couldn't be happier! Great price! Easy to get my credit done and they were real cool to me. I wish other dealers were like this! its about time we get a dealership that doesn?t feed you all the bs only to let you down in the end. I really appreciate Gresham Toyota. I have no complaints and this was my third vehicle that I have purchased from Gresham Toyota over the years. I would highly recommend any one who is interested in buying a good quality used vehicle to go to Gresham Toyota, they really know how to treat their customers. more

Good dealership to visit 4/6/2011

The guys at Gresham Toyota went the extra mile to insure my happiness in my recent vehicle purchase. It was by FAR the BEST experience I?ve had on a car lot. My salesman was courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the cars and deals they had going on. I have no complaints and this was my third vehicle that I have purchased from Gresham Toyota over the years. I would highly recommend any one who is interested in buying a good quality used vehicle to go to Gresham Toyota, they really know how to treat their customers. more

Beware of Gresham Toyota 3/24/2011

They were the typical slimy dealership full of tactics to get you to buy. We told them our price range, they consistently showed us cars above that price. They kept us there for hours, telling us we were approved by all of these different banks, when in fact we hadn't been. They were terrible and I would never ever recommend anybody use them. They used illegal strategies, for example we agreed on a specific warranty, and months later when something went wrong with the car I called the Warranty company and they said their paperwork was different then ours. That is when I found out my name on the warranty had been forged to give us a warranty for a lesser amount of time. When I tried to rectify the situation they jerked me around until months later sending me a letter saying there was nothing they could do. So tell all of your friends to never ever go there, and you should continue your research, because I researched and was prepared for these tactics but they were very sly about it all. more

BRING YOUR MECHANIC or BE A PERSON THAT ENJOYS GAMBLING! 3/4/2011

Brook and Jeremy were nice guys who were easy to work with but don't even think about buying a car there without bringing your own mechanic or insisting on bringing the vehicle to yours. There will be no help at all after the sale if something is wrong, even a problem that surfaces immediately upon leaving the lot. At best you will be asked to sign a paper that will imply something called ""goodwill"" while actually limiting further recourse against the organization. CAVEAT EMPTOR. 1. I expressed to them that the car was shuddering and felt unsafe minutes after driving it off the lot. 2. I told them that the check engine light was coming on and sent pictures the day I bought the car. 3. I told you a mechanic thought it sounded transmission related, but wasn't sure. 4. The mechanics at Gresham Toyota were instructed to check the transmission and hook it up to the computer. 5. The transmission was allegedly checked (I got the phone call that it was done 25 minutes after I left the car). 6. When I explained to the person who returned me the car that it was just a guess about the transmission and the the symptoms could have been anything, he stated to me that they were just checking the transmission and that was all they could do. I asked if it had been checked for anything else and was told no, but that maybe the motor was loose and needed to me attached to the car better with new mounting bolts. I was then handed the keys to a car that may or may not have a ""loose motor"". Like was stated in the F&I room and clarified by them both to be a phrase used at other lots they worked at, if it breaks in two, I own both parts. more

Very Satisfied! Great Price and Excellent Customer Service 10/22/2010

We are very happy with our experience purchasing a new 2009 Toyota Camry LE from Gresham Toyota. We are expecting our first child and wanted a safe, reliable, and roomy family car. We did our research and knew the model, options, and price we wanted to pay when we walked in the door. We were greeted warmly by our salesperson, Merlinda Campus and took a test drive. Linda was polite, professional, and answered all our questions. She never made us feel rushed despite the fact they were closing early. She even had the service guys stay late to prep our car so we could drive it home that day. I was expecting to haggle at least a bit over the price, but that wasn't necessary as the price we were quoted and paid was very reasonable and below the sticker price. I value customer service, especially when making such a large purchase. We are very happy with our new car and very happy with the treatment we received from Linda and everyone at Gresham Toyota. more

Great Customer Service 9/8/2010

I always dread having to deal with sales people, but everyone at Gresham Toyota was extremely helpful, engaging and honest, from the time I walked through the door to the time I purchased. They provided a much better experience than I had at other dealerships. They did not play the usual sales games that I have encountered elsewhere. They listened to what I needed, didn't try to push me into anything I was uncomfortable with, and offered a much more competitive price than I was able to find anywhere else. I will definitely return here the next time I need to buy a car, and will recommend everyone I can to Gresham Toyota. ? more

Worst Dealership Customer Service I've had! 12/3/2009

On Saturday 11/13/09 my husband and I went in to Gresham Toyota looking for a new car. We took in our BMW to trade in and found the 2010 Rav 4. All paperwork was done for the loan. We agreed on monthly payments and the loan was signed. Two weeks after the loan was signed, we receive a call from Gresham Toyota stating that my husband's social security was unassigned and that we needed to prove that this was his social security number. We went to our local credit union to see if we were able to get our loan through them. They pulled both of our credit reports, which they had no problem with. We were unable to get the loan through the credit union because of the value of my trade in being less that what I owed on it. We faxed Gresham Toyota proof of my husband's social security number and we didn't hear from them. We called twice and left messages to ask for the status of their findings but didn't receive a call. I called again today and spoke to the financial specialist who said that there was no credit history found on mine and my husband's social security numbers and that I needed to return the vehicle no later than Friday 12/4/09. I asked for the original financial specialist whom we had delt with the day we signed the agreement. He told me that it was her day off. I also asked for the Sales Manager whom I had faxed my husband's paperwork to, but apparently he was out sick. more

Terrible customer service woman treated with disrespect 10/15/2009

I have been treated with terrible customer service at Gresham Toyota... I was given incorrect information that has cost me time and money in regards to licensing in washington state... many mistakes were made on the part of the dealership none of which they will own up too. more

Poor Customer Service 8/20/2008

I bought a new Limited Tundra from Gresham Toyota that had bumper damage caused by dealer just prior to purchasing it. The General Sales Manager promised that it would be repaired at their expense when returned at my convenience. I asked for his promise in writing. Both parties signed promise to repair vehicle. Unbeknown to me the copy that they kept stated, ""good for 30 days only"" on bottom of page. The copy I received had this statement cut off! When I contacted the dealer to have the repair work done it was beyond the 30 days and then found out what their copy stated. They refused to repair the damage. Real cute! more
